- If a request ID appears with an error, include it in your email.

Readings and safety
Yi-Ching provides AI-generated contemporary reflections, not traditional translations, predictions, or professional advice. Readings may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, employment, relationship-safety, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
Privacy and deletion requests
For questions about information handling or help deleting app data, email support@beem.im. Since Yi-Ching does not require an account, we may need an installation or conversation identifier from the app to locate data. Never email access or refresh tokens.
